The Best Employers in Ohio, a statewide awards program managed by the Best Companies Group, is designed to identify, recognize and honor Ohio’s best places of employment. Only fifteen companies in the the category are selected as Ohio’s Best Employers. BMI FCU was one of the employers selected in the small/medium companies (25-250 employees) category.
To be considered for a Best Employers in Ohio distinction, companies must have a facility with at least 25 employees in Ohio. Companies from across the state participate in two-part process to determine the Best Employers in Ohio. The first part, which constituted 35 percent of the company’s total score, consists of evaluating company policies, practices, philosophy, systems and demographics. The second part, which represents 65 percent of the total score, consists of confidential employee surveys. The combined scores determine the top companies.
